At Horseware Ireland Shop, we take pride in crafting premium equestrian apparel with the same precision you demand in the show ring. Should any item not meet your expectations, our returns process is designed with the same attention to detail as our show coats and breeches.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. All returned merchandise must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Safety Vests (once removed from original packaging)
- Belts with visible wear or adjustment marks
- Any item marked as “Final Sale”
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
- Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and include the RMA number visible on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return upon receipt.

Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your return request
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable
Note: International exchanges may incur additional shipping charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

- Include photos of the damaged item or incorrect product received
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you
